• All Fossil Watches are guaranteed by  for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
• Watches by Fossil are covered by their international Diesel guarantee and refer to material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Fossil watch ("defects").
• The guarantee only comes into force if the guarantee certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official    Watches dealer (valid guarantee certificate).
